Well, delete the kml file you have created and try again.

You dont need to create the resulting kml file yourself. It is created automatically.

For the detail
First time i enable my macros on excel than i try to generate the sample but error like my picture above. Then i try to make the output path in c\kml.file
but the errorstill come. Than i try to delete the folder in c. but it doesnt solve the problem.
