InvestigationRA.exe and InvestigationRANT.exe not working, i've try to replace file but still show message "Hardware Security key not found. Terminating"

Is why when i used my tems 10.0 is always show problem with the memory..and shut down after i click after 5 minutes.
Any idea?please help
