btw, somebody could tell me PL5 can use index file for GIS or not?

I've installed last version of Mr.Besoeso and run the latest .exe file with repair option

Do you have an active antivirus when you extract that file? If yes, than the problem comes from the AV. It because the patch is already known as a trojan.
So you have disable the protection for a while and make an exception for the folder and the patch.

This problem happen to me many times.
