Two very good excel file explaning details of parameters, shows the mml command for M2000, parameters impact on network, relation with other parameters ect..

But I think it is just extracted from HEDEX to excel files.
Do you have the value parameter also that already implementation and having good performance (not only just default value)?

Yes you are right this is extraction from HEDEX, i send the file just for a reference sometimes we may need to check explanation and default recommended value when trying to understand algorithms, unfortunately i cannot send a live network data this will not be ethic, but i am working on HO algo in UMTS and i will explain simply in the forum soon i hope

I highly agree with you, sometimes explaining a subject in simple words is very important to start.
