you know the license is based on the locking code or unlocked?
PM him with your locking code, or if lucky he give you the unlocked one

lservrc file which i have shared is independent of locking code, please share the snapshot, i don't know where have you placed your licence ? which OS are you using ? Anyone else having this issue?

I have tried it on 2 different systems and it worked fine !

Note: Once you login into the database then you will see the licences activated. Thanks
