TP (TIME PROPAGATION) IN NASTAR TOOL

can anyone tell me if propagation delay can only be seen by NASTER or is there any way through counters as well without it?

For Huawei the only way to get the TP is CHR and use any CHR reader tool ( nastar, PCHR,OMstar) .
In NSN system there's a counter for TP but not in Huawei.

Is it possible for anyone to share PCHR tool? Also is it possible to use NASTER or OMSTAR as standalone tools or they are based on server licences?

That was first thing I have done. I found one only which doesn't work on R12. That's why I was asking. If you have the links for any other, let me know.
