    Assuming you have a call setup failure on a cell, and you want to find out the reason for the failure event, at RNC level issue the command

    pmx utrancell=2661 pmnofailed -a -m 24

    The output for site 2661 is

    Object Counter
    UtranCell=2661GA pmNoFailedAfterAdm 219
    UtranCell=2661GA pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptExceedConnLimit 0
    UtranCell=2661GA pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackDlAse 0
    UtranCell=2661GA pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackDlChnlCode 0
    UtranCell=2661GA pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackDlHw 0
    UtranCell=2661GA pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackDlHwBest 0
    UtranCell=2661GA pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackDlPwr 0
    UtranCell=2661GA pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackUlAse 0
    UtranCell=2661GA pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackUlHw 0
    UtranCell=2661GA pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackUlHwBest 0
    UtranCell=2661GA pmNoFailedRrcConnectReqCsHw 0
    UtranCell=2661GA pmNoFailedRrcConnectReqHw 0
    UtranCell=2661GA pmNoFailedRrcConnectReqPsHw 0
    UtranCell=2661GB pmNoFailedAfterAdm 233
    UtranCell=2661GB pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptExceedConnLimit 16
    UtranCell=2661GB pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackDlAse 0
    UtranCell=2661GB pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackDlChnlCode 0
    UtranCell=2661GB pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackDlHw 0
    UtranCell=2661GB pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackDlHwBest 0
    UtranCell=2661GB pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackDlPwr 0
    UtranCell=2661GB pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackUlAse 0
    UtranCell=2661GB pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackUlHw 0
    UtranCell=2661GB pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackUlHwBest 0
    UtranCell=2661GB pmNoFailedRrcConnectReqCsHw 0
    UtranCell=2661GB pmNoFailedRrcConnectReqHw 0
    UtranCell=2661GB pmNoFailedRrcConnectReqPsHw 0
    UtranCell=2661GC pmNoFailedAfterAdm 85
    UtranCell=2661GC pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptExceedConnLimit 0
    UtranCell=2661GC pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackDlAse 0
    UtranCell=2661GC pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackDlChnlCode 0
    UtranCell=2661GC pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackDlHw 0
    UtranCell=2661GC pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackDlHwBest 0
    UtranCell=2661GC pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackDlPwr 0
    UtranCell=2661GC pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackUlAse 0
    UtranCell=2661GC pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackUlHw 0
    UtranCell=2661GC pmNoFailedRabEstAttemptLackUlHwBest 0
    UtranCell=2661GC pmNoFailedRrcConnectReqCsHw 0
    UtranCell=2661GC pmNoFailedRrcConnectReqHw 0
    UtranCell=2661GC pmNoFailedRrcConnectReqPsHw 0

    We can see that the call-setup failure reason for the cell 2661GB is seen from the counter

    UtranCell=2661GB pmNoFailedAfterAdm 233

    Usually, failure after admission by the RNC is due to poor radio environment. The first thing to check is if this cell B is overshooting. By issuing the following command at RBS level: pmx . pmpropagationdelay -a -m 24

    you obtain the propagation delay for the 3 sectors. From this you can detect if any of the cell is overshooting.

    there is any other reason to run this macro on the cell
    means
    how i know this site might be propogating on long distance if After Adm counter value fine

    save these 2 files and copy to your oss folder (maybe give names like ip.txt and propdelay.txt)...

    mobatch ip.txt propdelay.txt
