Nemo Handy-S 3.30 Released February 7, 2011. The new Nemo Handy-S 3.30 release improves the voice quality measurement capabilities of our customers by introducing VQ measurements based on PESQ in addition to PSM. The latest Nemo Handy-S release also introduces support for E911 testing. Of course it has, and much more, however it depends on which phone installed

I use Nemo Handy v 3.20 with Nokia 6720c and there is an option for scanning. You can lock to a system, carrier or scan everything. This version is a little "buggy" - under some cirumstances it hangs making parts of DT useless .
