Please help me solve the problem about HSDPA Throughput is very low 15kb/s

please check it on attach log file and help me to solve this problem

I use TEMS Inv V9.0 and Data card can support 7.2 mb (Sierra Wireless AirCard881u) test it on MS-2

and which one parameter at the RNC we can change it to improve speed for HSDPA

Who is the Vendor? I can try helping you. What is the initial setup for HSDPA? Number of HS-PDSCH Codes? Allocation Mode? The Vendor SW related to which release?6 Or 7?

I agree with Monaco also check number of users during real time, check also possible stats you can gather, i.e. RTWP,congestion,power,code,CE utils, etc.
From there you can pinpoint the problem.
Last option only, is Power adjustment and antenna adjustment, since it might interfere on neighbors or have coverage holes, so be caution in doing this.

Hi,

No big findings.
What can be seen are most of the time is used QPSK and small TB size as DTX around of 50% which is strange taking into account good radio conditions.
I would suggest you following actions:


1) Start downloading and use LMT IMSI trace and Wireshark in parallel.
2) Try the test with another data modem.
3) Use internal server connect directly to the GGSN.
4) Just in case double-check your Iub configuration.

From LMT trace and wireshark you can find probably where the problem comes from.
