THis soft can use for many vendor. You can install by following:
- Install GENEX Shared
- Install MSDE2000
- Install Genex Nastar GSM
- copy LIC to the installed folder
-> done

for latest version is V200R005C02SPC100 but can support with BSC6900V900R011C00 only
so GCHR and preferment data have limited, but OMStar V500R007C00 can help you on that until new Release Huawei BSC6900 V900R013C01

and CHR also can decode it please see as info below:

Hi i found one key to "GENEX Nastar GSM V200R004C01ENG"

instruction:
install 1.GENEX SHARED 2.MSDE 3.DISK1(genex softwear)

then replace C:\Program Files\Huawei GENEX\Nastar GSM\bin with file "GenexLicense.dll"

thats all
NOTE: But i dont know weather it works for GSM V200R004C02B051SPC001.if anyone try pls let us know it works or not?
