yes,you can see everything
if you want to see the RXQual ,you can choose it when you make export log file in TEMS

there are some other option in the tool,is there any help doc to guide the user?for example what is the input format for gcell and gngh cell?

You'd better find and read something like GSM overview, RF principles, etc.
