Default help for high call drop

    Hi every body
we have site in siemens system which recently increase its config(2/2/2=>2/4/3) but after that we face high call drop.
In one of the sectors I changed half of the channel from HR to FR but CDRs become worse!
in the KPI measurement files the main reason for CDR is " sequence error"
dose any body have any idea for solving this problem? please help me
    thanks a lot

Check parameter, how about freq (Use Baseband of SFH), is it clear?
Have you seen CTRX statistic (RXQUAL vs RXLEVEL)? TRX upgrade is problem.

So since it happened exactly after TRX expansion let's check the hardware at first. maybe FM team plugged some faulty TRX

thank you all for your reply
in this site we use hopping and the freq. are clear, also RXQUAL and RXLEVEL are normal,
about the hardware fault, do u think it would be ok if we just check the vswr and alarms?
i would check and inform you about the result
