Pls share the detail theoritical description of OCNS in WCDMA.
From RNS / NodeB how will it activated for vendor ZTE.....

Secondly, for uplink load simulation, how will it work?

Second thing, can you suggest what is the procedure to simulate
uplink load in WCDMA,specially for HSUPA/EUL KPI validation in unloaded network.
