Role overview:

• Identify, specify, and develop new products and services for the Enterprise Market.
• The Product Manager must have experience of delivering strategy and long term roadmaps with the ability to think out of the box and come up with innovative products and services.
• The PM must be able to manage multiple stakeholders and delivery teams and be culturally aware to his surroundings.
• A seasoned Telco expert with experience in 2G, 3G and any knowledge of LTE is advantageous

Responsibilities:
- A expert understanding of Voice and Data Enterprise Solutions
- Full Product/Customer lifecycle experience
- Assist the process of exploring and actively pursuing enterprise opportunities for the client
- Extensive experience in running and managing the RFP process
- Monitor and maximize new enterprise products and services and ensure compliance to responsible telecom policy;
- Prepare specifications document to describe the new opportunity and validate the document from technical department;
- Prepare financial feasibility study and approvals from finance and legal departments;
- Provide high level customer care/sales support skills to ensure communications are timely and consistent;
- Contribute to the growth & development of the business opportunities by contributing to team meetings and collaborating with colleagues within other teams;
- Continued improvement of business processes;
- Support the enterprise solutions section with collating leads and ensure the preferred contact database is up to date with accurate information;
- In consultation with internal and external stakeholders, lead the design, delivery and review of enterprise strategy;
- Develop business cases for new propositions in coordination with pricing section, taking an innovative and creative approach;
- Co-ordinate the development of and manage the implementation of the new propositions marketing and communications plan;
- Develop and maintain a customer relationship management database;
- Disseminate market intelligence in appropriate ways to inform new propositions programme development and review;
- Ensure compliance with the regulator’s terms and conditions, the telecommunication law, and license and all other regulations that govern the work completed for enterprise solutions section;
- Undertake such duties as may be specified from time to time by the Enterprise Solutions Manager

Flights, accommodation, transportation, visa and medical are provided with a monthly net figure between $7000-$8000 per month.
