Exert has been updated to cater requirements for GSM Systems R9 and R10. In this new revision, Exert comes with a configuration file. It has been re-designed and re-developed to be more flexible and can be customized to support new printouts with the same format as those currently supported without changing the core application.
Exert is intended to facilitate off-site data processing and analysis. It should not be relied on as substitute for the more powerful OSS tools for data consistency checking.

I have problem with instalation.
Win XP SP3...file copied to my doc, setup wont run.
errors when run setup: only part of a read process memory or write proses memory request was completed
or: invalid command line parameters. unable to continue

It will run..I'm using win xp sp3 32bit..if it's 64 bit I'm not sure..

install office 2003 will work dude
