I dont know if there's a "qualcomm interface" for my LG CU500 works fully on TEMS INVEST 9, or is just maybe a driver that I`m missing....
you should select 'USB SET FOR DIAG'

if it is still not work for you. this model interface may be not fully supported by TI I guess

do you know where I can download the drivers for LG cu500 QUALCOMM? or do yoy know how to activate qualcomm interface (mode) in the mobile? I just know the "secret menu" 277634#*#, but there`s not any qualcomm interface.

    Hi
Thought that the recommended FW is older that yours:
    CU500-MSM3250-V08h-Feb-27-2006-CW-US

Even thought Ascom says about Qualcomm Chipset Based Devices:

"Some commercial Qualcomm chipset derived phones and data cards,
marked with an asterisk (*) below, may not have diagnostics reporting
enabled by default, and Ascom is not at liberty to distribute information on
how to enable this function. Customers desiring to use such devices with
TEMS Investigation therefore need to contact the relevant supplier or
    operator in each case."

Is that the reason you doesn't get a proper measurement value on it?

well, thx for the info, actually i just downgrade the FW 10d to
LG CU500 - V10c - 03-08-06 - US, and it is the same in tems (no c/i, no fer, no sqi). Maybe you know some link to download the older firmware below this reply (VO8H)
    thanks in advance

In tems 8.2 is the same... look the picture,

    MS1 is k790, MS2 CU500, both dedicated,

Those information elements are not displayed for CU500...

Sorry for bad news, but there are more information elements not supported by tems for qualcom based phones...

In the attachment you can find the cross list for GSM & WCDMA in pdf. You can find the same list on your tems help file, the version that i use is for TI 9.0,

nothing about the driver, if some of the LG CU500/TU500 can not work in TEMS investigation, that is caused by NVM problem.
