G-Netlook v2.0 - Cell data and neighbor relations visualisation with Google Earth

Should be related to Google Earth plugin. You can not see Google Earth in the browser window. Correct?

It is probably a mistake caused by interop.geplugin.dll, in fact if I delete the this file in directory the program run and GE appears.
But when I try to import the file cellexport.txt on the program it give me the above error.

I've opened the program then I was waiting for GE but I received the same Error message
