G-Netlook v2.0 - Cell data and neighbor relations visualisation with Google Earth

This is cell data and neighbor relations visualization tool. It requires Microsoft.NET Framework and Google Earth plugin installed.

How to use:
1. Unrar the files into the folder
2. Replace the data in cellexport.txt and neiexport.txt with your own
3. Start program and hit "Load Data" button
4. Wait for the data to be loaded.
5. Input the cellid in search box, select 3G/2G technology and hit "Search button" - The cell will be shown and with 2G2G, 3G3G, 2G3G, 3G2G controls you can display different types of neighbors for this cell
6. The outgoing relations are displayed with white thick line. Incoming relations are displayed with thin green line

I see this error after loading Data

i faced the same error , however dont press LOAD DATA early , just wait for the GE , once the application will be loaded , then press LOAD DATA and you will not face any error.

Yes, just wait for Google Earth to initialize and then press "Load Data"

sorry 4 disturbing you guys, but the same..
I've opened the program then I was waiting for GE but I received the same Error message
