actually we are using Siemens Network. and this report is not available.

Dear U can check the following things to identify where the problem is...
1. frequency planning
2.hardware issue
3.Trx power
4.Band 5 interference
5.Maio plan
6.Check the quality issue is in BCCH or TCH so accordinglw we can take the necessary actions...
