    Default CS service in WCDMA network

    I am confused what do we mean by CS service in WCDMA network. Does CS means Circuit Switched? For end user perspective, does this service is like Voice that is also offered by GSM?

    Yes it is for voice like AMR 12.2kbps .

    correct, circuit switched CS, packet switched PS.
