G-NetLook - Cell data visualization tool using Google Earth plugin

This is cell data visualization tool (see attached pictures). It requires Microsoft.NET Framework and Google Earth plugin installed.

How to use:
1. Unrar the files into the folder
2. Replace the data in cellexport.txt with your own
3. Start program and hit "Load Data" button
4. Wait for the data to be loaded. You can swithch 3G and 2G cells on and off from TreeView control

for example after building my database: can I modify the azimuth of one cell automatically or I've to modify it from the database..

The soft looks interesting.

Do you have manual for this?

There is no manual needed. Just change the cell file and run the program. Load the data and search the cell with cellid. Navigate with mouse or Google Earth controls. It's pretty intuitive.

It does not use the database. All data is in the text file. If you want to modify something just modify the file and reload the program.

How to draw the boundary line in this tool?
