G-NetLook - Cell data visualization tool using Google Earth plugin

The purpose is to simplify the things

A little question:
What purpose of this tool ?
I use it, only can see, cell direction and some cell parameters
We can use Map-Info to do it, and afterthat, save in GE Pro as database
I think Aexio is better

This is cell data visualization tool (see attached pictures). It requires Microsoft.NET Framework and Google Earth plugin installed.

How to use:
1. Unrar the files into the folder
2. Replace the data in cellexport.txt with your own
3. Start program and hit "Load Data" button
4. Wait for the data to be loaded. You can swithch 3G and 2G cells on and off from TreeView control

PM and add reputation for the password

I have a trouble when using this tool as you see in attached image.

Can you help me solve this problem?

i think he meant Replace data inside the cellexport.txt
