So far you can view cells and display the parameters from cellexport file.
Actually you can add your own columns in cellexport file if you want additional cell information displayed

Your tool can create theme like MapInfo such as theme of LAC, BSC,...

How to draw the boundary line in this tool?

Well, can you open the main form or you get the error before this? What is the error?

If you can open the form and get an error after this, then could be problem with geplugin. Try to open this site:
Mini Flight Sim
and check if you can see the flight simulator correctly. If not install geplugin.

Also check if in the application directory you have the three files in the same folder:
cellexport.txt
G-NetLook Lite.exe
Interop.GEPlugin.dll

How to use:
1. Unrar the files into the folder
2. Replace the data in cellexport.txt with your own
3. Start program and hit "Load Data" button
4. Wait for the data to be loaded. You can swithch 3G and 2G cells on and off from TreeView control

What purpose of this tool ?
I use it, only can see, cell direction and some cell parameters
We can use Map-Info to do it, and afterthat, save in GE Pro as database
I think Aexio is better
