3G Radio Network Performance Optimizer is Responsible for provision of network optimization & Assurance services to Nokia Siemens network’s customers in line with organizational policies and procedures using best industry practices. The selected candidate will work REMOTELY to support and guid local teams in different locations.

REQUIREMENTS:

-BSC (MSC) in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering.

-Excellent Knowledge of Nokia Parameters and counters and their application involving Network optimization and KPI assurance.

-The Candidate is expected to have at least 4-5 years of most relevant experience and a proven track record of performance attributes on multiple Nokia projects.

-The required Candidate must possess excellent level problem solving skills.
