    Default iPhone Field Test Mode

    Hello all,

I just saw a few threads regarding Field Test Mode on iPhone. I think this was removed after iOS 4.0.x but now is back on iOS 4.1. Just dial *3001#12345#* and you will see your bars showing the RSCP in dB now and going back to bars after you tap the dBs. However it seems they removed the Serving Cell/Neighbors info. But you can also check out the Signal app in Cydia for those who did jailbreak it...What kind of engineer wouldn't jailbreak it, right?

Any questions just let me know.

    Thanks,

    -Tekumuman

has anyone tried cydia's Signal application?

we want to buy it but we're not sure if it has the feature of locking onto a cell for testing.

currently, the net monitor in iphone 4 does not lock into a cell
