Fifteen people provided thanks for a freely available link and one BIG A.. just follows them around. Not until measures are taken to CLEAN the forum from these kind of posts and tactics, people will truly post legitimate stuff useful for the engineering job at large. Until then, the majority of posters here are just either LEECHERS of the worst kind, out there to deceive the forum.
Now one of them should go find the missing chapters!

ADMINS:
Take measures to clean posts and policies (passwords, etc).
Take measures to punish people for posting negative or irrelevant stuff.
Take measures to establish a different reward system where the posts will be rewarded by a group before anything is posted and according to worthiness of the post. The five point system and files broken into pieces is for really little poor people.
Take measures to eliminate manipulations of the system by the "thanks" and "reputation" facilities as it is apparent in every thread.

If not then we have to move to the next phase.
