    Decode.exe - himself Analyzer
    relcause.par - a list of reasons for separation, it can supplement, if
    something missing, replacing the seats are none, the text of the cause;
    serial number of reasons in the file corresponds to code causes according
    ITU-T Q.767
    parname.par - list of parameter names Message
    log.txt - an example of log monitoring.
    Demonstration run - decode log.txt
    If run without parameters, the program will ask the input file

    Ah, NMT... Good old times.

    Are there any NMT networks still on the air? NMT900 I doubt, but some people still miss NMT-450 rural coverage elsewhere.

    10 W terminals, 200 mA idle mode power consumption,
    no timing advance limits, low frequency.

    I often tell to newcommers: 3g is complex. What is really important, was done on NMT.
    Learn NMT to learn basics. Then GSM make it more complex. Then W-CDMA. Then ...
