I think there's is no tems cellref maybe tems cellfile...you must change the extension of your tems cellfile to .txt and load into actix ( analyzer ) go to cells -network explorer-import cell template ( this will automatically create cell refs once you done importing the template )

Also cellref and cellfile is the same, if am wrong please tell me and give me the different between them.
