Request! Question about forcing option un huawei umts architecture !!!

Hello masters in Huawei UMTS Architecture, I have one question !!!

I can force a fixed UMTS user to connect only to a selected PSC or Cell ID.
Any MML command or any process to do this feature???

No MML commands... The only thing that you can do is to lock cell and PSC in FieldTest/NetMonitor.

Yes your solution work but an individual users, I need to fix a lot of Fixed user to ine PSC, I need to do massive, can't install user per user netmonitor field test !!

belive me, there is no solution for your request. The only way that could work - I don't know exactly - is to shift those users to copper and the other ones to silver or gold (only if userprio is still not enabled in your network) and enable this cells only for silver/gold
as I say, I haven't review yet - read hedex about userpriority

But one question - whats the aim of these action?
