User active on HSPDA system

Hi guys ... i had question about nemo analyze , which parameter can be show the user active in one cell on HSDPA system, it is possible we know the user active during measurement from DT ? is there any information sent from BTS to MS or information like that.

i already search in activity rate and this parameter can't reflect the user active information..

need your advise guys ...
