this is not documents, but software

Can be run as standalone mode to enable data configuration performed outside the equipment room.

Supports the data from the following sources:
1) NodeB Template File
2) NodeB Configuration File

The CME can export the following files:
1) NodeB Template File
2) NodeB Configuration File

Can be used for NodeB initial configuration.

NodeB initial configuration is the process of preparing and configuring the data after the NodeB hardware components are installed.

After the configuration, a data configuration file in .xml format is generated.
