RTWP on IBC - from NokSieNet to Hw

Hi All,

could you tell me what is the possibility why on IBC which previously have no issue then suddenly RTWP on 3G when we are "renew" it?

We are not using Netstar

Is there any default (acceptable) values for IBC especially on IBC multi operator sharing.
