Kindly share your experienced knowledge and findings regarding TBF Establishment success rate for Nokia.

Currently i am using the formula:
(Packet_Imm_Ass_Msgs) / (Packet_Imm_Ass_Msgs + Packet_Imm_Ass_Rej_Msgs + Packet_Imm_Ass_NACK_Msgs)

but after reading the nokia documentation i think it should be:
(NBR OF UL/DL TBFs) / UL/DL TBF ESTABLISHMENT STARTED

Can any one please share the formula for UL GPRS and UL EDGE Throughput in Nokia including both ACK and UNACK mode? Please tell whether to include bad frame counters in it or not?
