yah... it had worked...
this tools works when MRR not recorded by RNO but use winfiol command.

First you need to initiate and allocate a RID using below command

RAMII;

then you can add cells as many as you like to the RID by using

RAMDC:RID=Your_ID_here,CELL=Type_cell_name_here;

then intiate the recording

RAMRI:RID=Your_ID_here,DTIME=120,RESET; (RESET is optional, use it if you want to reset the counters)

then printout the recording

RAMTI:RID=You_ID_here;

In the end if you don't want to use this RID for recording again then you can delete it

RAMIE:RID="Your_ID_here;
