    Default EDGE on BCCH

when is big Bad Quality Downlink on the cell with 2 TRU i transfered EDGE on BCCH TRU and the result is low drop rate and low BQ DL on this cell.
On second TRU i add more TCH channels

this is my expirience. The another road needs point out that changes work on specific cells and locations.Mostly is those cells with 2 TRU- and (are tested and on the pair them with 4) and this cells which has had problems with BQ DL and they on which change of canal have not given are wished positive results.

KPI-es for DATA users have not been disrupted which is the confirmation that such actions can apply.

The all traffic is forced on hopping, on some cells BQ Dl fall from 45% to 5% and drop rate for 2 or 3 times

    Try it
