I have tried you sending the liks for installer (password) but you dont accept PM's. Fix that and PM me.

you are correct. from my experience of 10.1 you need dongle. though there has been a couple of dongle less solutions here I haven't tested them.

open that file in excel and fill in the data.

Personally I dont think there is a way to import. You will have to manually fill in the information in the template and name with extension .cel
