On opening the an excel file I get this error "Unable to create Mapinfo table from file. Please check that the file is valid and available for write access"

If your transmission is ATM set your Clock Mode to Line Clock and for IP transmission set Clock Mode to Synch Ethernet

If the alarm doesn't clear check the E1 configured to provide...

How high is the antenna height? You can try and lower the height or increase the tilts to reduce footprint

You either split the node B and have a 2nd co-located site OR you can replace the WMPT with a UMPT which more processing capacity

Is the TX of the site ATM or IP? Make sure the CLK Mode is set correctly. For ATM it will be Line clock and for IP it will be SynchEth

However if its set correctly then the TX guys need to check...

SRB reset should trigger first and you can control it by fixing your IuB links so that they are not running errors and dont have too much ping delay

If you did your 2G refarming correctly then try and do RF footprint optimisation on the 2G sites to minimise over-shooting as I suspect there is a leakage from U900 to GSM as someone explained above
