Tool required is EDAT. ut for it to be operational you requires a license. Many type of traces on LTE. In the latest SW relaease, most of the traces can be taken from SAM.

For LTE, you can only check the real time traffic status on CLI. No option from SAM as far as I know. only other option is offcourse NPO.

You might not be using the proper multikey as per your OS, Multikey64 for 64 bits OS etc.

I was facing this as well, turns out, My anti virus was removing lic.exe and atoll.exe provided in Installation folder ..
