Not from Google Earth, as far as I know from GE you can get elevation only for a line, not area.
Global Mapper is what you need to handle GEO you need for Atoll: DEM, vectors, raster, etc.

Don't think this is possible mate, sorry.

When defining the 'Transmitters' in an Atoll project you will input Azimuth and Tilt, as well as and the antenna model. Before assinging the antenna, make shure you have that...
