i'm totally agree with rm77 , probably there is LOS problem.
And it is better to use 7GHz for a distances above 20-25 km

If they are using 2 antennas why do they need a coupler? As far as i remember coupler is used when 2 ODU's connected to a single antenna

1. What is calculated Rx level for main link and protection link?
2. Hop distance?
3. Is the antennas on the far end is the same as on the near end?
4. Antenna heights?
