I have faced this problem with Win7 OS, but the tool is working fine with winXP, what is your OS?

1- Copy the two setup files to your system32 file, attached
2- Copy the XLS file to your disk top directly
3- Open the XLS file and choose page (Import file list)
4- press (select import file)...

How come it works with RAN10, RAN11 & RAN 12? in BSC6900 commands are not same, Did you try it by yourself? :confused:
