Solved! thanks to everyone :D yesterday tryed with another usb cable and everything was fine, so was the cable, now I can read the unit perfectly. Greetings!

Yes, but what kind of model? any idea? I have a TRENDNET TU-S9 RS-232 to USB interface, maybe is useful, but how can I get the other cable to attach to the mtp?

Today test was on a Windows 8.1 pro, CPS plus 6.2 with MR10.7 rpk, nothing yet.

Please, if anybody knows something about to how is the correct way to read a MTP3250? it will be very appreciated....

I´ve tryed yesterday on a windows 7 32bits system but nothing and with a CPS+ 6.2 release (MR10.7 RPK).

Windows 7 64bits didn´t recognise the unit also (appears "unknown device" on device...

I´ve tryed to import MR10.7, with negative results.
CPS plus 6.0.2 salid: import failed, it needed a newer version of CPS plus, for Example 6.1 and ahead.
There is a newer CPS plus than 6.0.2...

Thank you -bup- yes I can hear the bong sound when plug the unit, but my Windows 7 didn´t recognise a ******** device, said "Unknown device2".
But when connect a CEP400, said on device manager...

I installed CPS plus R06.02.14, but didn´t read it, I guess the problem is the "USB driver that comes with the programing cable", the supplier forgot to send me the drivers...

Thank you -bup-, I´m using CPS plus R 01.02.08.00 / R514 but nothing occurs, maybe I need a new usb driver?, in fact cps+ supports this unit, details are in the about section, I tryed to find a usb...

It´s a latest model, with more feautures than the MTP850s. Also I´m looking for the usb driver to read it, I guess this is the source of the issue.

I´m trying to read a ******** Tetra Cep400 but I couldn´t find the way, for example when you read (with cps) a mtp850s you press 1+9+power, but in the cep400 there is no keyboard,...
