In Actix, pilot pollution is when you have 4 or more pilots above -15 dB (default threshold). The threshold is changeable.

lic file is unique for every mobile. if you can recreate lic file from 1 phone to another, then i believe you won't need the lic file at all.

sure, we should know the DeviceID. reading DeviceID and how to make license based on that DeviceID is part of the codes too.
