Try step by step round all option in tab "Locking criteria" on wlscgen then decode againt liecense you will got the correct answer.

Let try new liecense and give me the result if it is not available pls send me correct the Disk ID & Enthernet Address (show by Wechoid) in the computer that you sent me liecense....

Send me that origin liecense+dongleID+Mac add+diskID then I will try to new make then send you test if sucessfull I will introduce you step by step that I made...

If you want to use DNG file first of all you must use HASPHL2007(neobit tool) to got dump file then you use EDGESPRO and convert to DNG......
