Have you set the correct speed for the Com port? , does the software you are using support RS232?

I have fixed it now thanks for the reply updated it with the rpk files and all is working fine now

Looking for a fully working version of ******** scout , without the hasp dongle.

scout can be run without the dongle!! hint try haspedit...

I have depot cps plus 6.0.2 , I connect the radio and power on pressing 1&9 to put in flash mode ,radio shows up as usb1 connected
try to read radio then there is a red x on radio icon and it does...

You could email someone your codeplug and get them to open the range up, but opening the range too far makes the radio go deaf.

I have it, far to big a file to send you though
