The counter number is limited in RNC , you should create a new counter profile with less counters. Counter limit is related to RNC software Package,

generally this cause from transport network, but you can rbs id and remoteCpIpAddress at each node (rbs,nodeb) that is enough,
try to this command : fclean
it deletes the loadmodules from missing upgrades br
