Hi prpEngineer,
Thank you for providing the diagram.
However, I shall note here (so that other people are no confused), your diagram is for programming cable of VS2000. Not limiting your rights to...
Hi AnRegs,
I can confirm that I was dealing with mobile VS4000, handheld Puma T3Plus and desk console FC3000, using the PRP software and all accessories 9dongles, manuals, etc.) as quoted in...
AnRegs,
If you have a working legit USB dongle, you can dump its content and emulate virtual HASP key. No need for hacking the PRP software at all.
I did this some time ago, when I had a USB dongle...
Hi scb2605,
Puma T3Plus can use either serial cable (plugs into your PC COM port), but radio side of the cable is a proprietary plug to the bottom of the radio. I have no idea what its pinout is....
Hi AnRegs,
There is no plug or any other hardware required for programming FC3000 radio. All you need are:
1. Selex PRP software
2. USB dongle to run that software (or its virtual equivalent)
3....
Follow the links in the attached text files for Manuals for Selex FC3000 and Manuals for Selex PRP programming package.
PEI stands for Peripheral Equipment Interface.
So, it should be PEI1 or PEI2.
I can upload good manuals when I'm back home next week.
Please indicate if you need these manuals by clicking...
It is a simple RS232 serial cable. Pins are 2 - 3, 3 - 2 and 5 - 5.
DB9 connectors, male to female.
AnRegs,
I don't have experience with VS3000-3 or VS3000GTW. However, according to the User Manual (and screenshot in my other post), FC3000 and VS3000 are programmed with same PRP.
No mate.
Because VS4000 is programmed via Ethernet connection, but Puma and FC3000 via serial (PEI, RS232) interface, the Selex PRP software for VS4000 is different to that, used for Puma/FC3000....
AnRegs, FC3000 is programmed via serial interface, whilst VS4000 via Ethernet connection.
Therefore FC3000 is programmed with the same software, ad Puma T3/T3+ software. FPG3 (control panel)...

Following some discussion in the adjacent thread, here is the link to download Selex TETRA PRP software for:
1. Puma T3/T3+handheld and FC3000/VS3000 fixed radio terminals.
2. VS4000 mobile radio...
I will create a new Thread under TETRA for Selex PRP software.
Selex FC3000 is using similar programming application as mobile terminal VS4000, as this is essentially same radio modem in the different box wrapping. However, because programming interface is...
Gents,
Could you please provide a link to the newer editions? Thanks in advance.
I agree with DCA. Using Mentum Planet for TETRA Networks myself, just select TDMA technology and tweak frequency band as required in your country.
Hi MBO,

Dear Wire Free Alliance users!
I would like to get my hands on any kind of tools or templates to use for developing Tetra Fleetmap from the scratch.

In addition to my last post above, I got my hands onto most complete set of the Ceragon IP10 Equipment files (.raf and .mrs).
The complete list of equipment in the zip file in the attached link is:...
Thanks for response, byja.
The adf data I use is from reliable source (Geoscience Australia). It is definitely complete set of smoothed DEM data with 30m (1 arc sec) resolution. Data is provided in...
It appears all 14.2.xx can be patched with med provided above. I already asked that question (see above) and the answer is:...
