Do you have building heights in your geodata? if your antenna height is bellow roof level, it might explain small or no coverage.

That error might be due to memory limitation on Win XP (max 3Gb Ram).
Not sure, but maybe you can try running the some log on a WIN 7 x64 machine and see if you get the same error
