Hi people,
Recently found the kpi RNC_195a which is softhandover success rate greater than 100%.
This is at cell level and day granularity.
From what i analyzed, i found out that the reason for this are the counters for NRT.
The numerator NRT part (which is M1007C32) its greater than de denominator NRT part(M1007C27+M1007C28+M1007C29)
What is the reason for this???
