SIM / UICC Editing tool like GemXPlore or UniverSIM Admin needed

Hi,

i'm searching for a tool to edit a SIM card (add file, change content, ...) like GemXPlore or UniverSIM. UniverSIM from G&D is preferred.

Would be great, if someone could share it...
